What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is an state of being that we enter into naturally, but we don’t usually call it that.  For example, how many times have you driven down the road, preoccupied, deep in thought?  You suddenly realize you haven’t seen anything for blocks. Or times when you are focused on a movie or a book and everything around you temporarily fades into the background.  During these periods of inner absorption another level of consciousness, that we refer to as our subconscious mind, takes over and guides us along. The official definition of hypnosis is: “A relaxed state of focused attention that activates the inner creative intelligence, allowing you to change mental and physiological patterns that can’t be changed in everyday awareness.”

What is Past Life Regression?

So you've read all about hypnosis but still wondering "what is past life regression?" Past life regression is a hypnotic technique that allows a person to regress back in time to one or more prior lifetimes.  In doing so, it can assist a person to “connect the dots” as to the people in their lives and what the purpose of certain experiences and situations mean to them. It can also allow the person to explore and, many times release any past emotions or trauma such as phobias, fears, compulsions, and even physical pain resulting in subsequent healing.  Often times a view of the “bigger picture” always seems to give people a different perspective. Not only does the mind store information about the origins and causes of our physical and emotional issues in each life, it knows the best way to correct or improve those conditions as well.  It also stores the memory of the Eternal Self, the part of you that existed before you came into this life, the part of you that will still exist when this life is complete.  The answers we are looking for are not out there in the world, they are inside each of us and Regression Therapy is an amazing tool that can assist us in finding those answers.   Even if you don't believe in Past Lives, Quantum Hypnosis can still work for you.  We just use your experience as a "story" that helps you understand the bigger picture.

Why are the Quantum Hypnosis sessions so long?

The session is broken up into two parts. We begin the day with an interview where we discuss your life, the people in your life, any main lessons you've overcome, your health, career, goals and interests. Next we will head into a 2-hour hypnosis session where we will travel through a life experience and reach your Higher Self to answer your questions.

Can you really be healed of anything with Hypnosis and Reiki?

Did you know that you are an unlimited being with infinite potential for healing and wholeness? Amazingly, the human body is programmed for spontaneous healing. Broken bones knit back together. Cuts and scrapes are replaced by new skin. Viruses are attacked. And much of this healing happens without any conscious intervention. Having a healthy body improves the ability to spontaneously heal.  Having healthy emotions, mind, and spirit provides a framework for the body to thrive in vibrant health. But what about chronic conditions such as autoimmune diseases, or other chronic conditions. These can be healed spontaneously as well. Most of us have someone we know who’s gone into “spontaneous remission”. Often, when this happens the metaphysical purpose of the chronic condition is that of a message from the subconscious to the body. The message was to correct some sort of behavior or belief.  Once we understand the message-as-purpose of the condition, we can make different choices in our life to create spontaneous healing.  Are you ready to overcome the obstacles that have been holding you back from the life you have always longed to live?

Am I making it up?

Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited to all we now know and understand, while imagination embraces the entire world, and all there ever will be to know and understand.”                                                   - Albert Einstein Consistent across all regression modalities and techniques is the use of the imagination, that part of us that is activated when the conscious mind steps aside.  Many wonder if they are "making it up" when shown certain experiences during their session. We think that making it up invalidates the information, somehow, when, in fact, it is proof that the process is working! The imagination is the vehicle the Higher Self uses to deliver the experience and information that will most resonate with and is most appropriate for you. The conscious mind may analyze and judge the experience as "not real". Dolores called the conscious mind "Mr. Stupid" because it does not create, it only analyzes from a very limited range. The conscious mind is aware of only 5% of what is within us. Its limited knowing will attempt to invalidate the information. The conscious mind cannot do this work. The imagination is active at night while you are dreaming. It has access to the symbols, images and pictures that the Higher Self will use to get your attention in your search for personal understanding and healing. Most people tend to treat imagination as something that has nothing to do with reality, but this is the wrong attitude.  Imagination has much to do with reality. It shapes the way we see our reality, and therefore, affects our expectations and hopes, our actions and behavior. The imaginative realm is infinite and essential. Everything that humanity has created began in the imagination, whether it is a chair, a rocket to the moon, a romantic relationship, healing of the body. It is the limitless frontier of what is possible. And it is within each of us, waiting to be expressed.    Your regression experience is an imaginative experience. Yes, it is real. But because the conscious mind had no part in it, you will think you made it up. Trust that your experience is handpicked for you from your Higher Self, or SubConscious (SC) and has within it the power to restore you to full emotional and physical health.
